For an intimate yet dynamic setting, our Private Dining Room (PDR) is the perfect choice for business meetings, receptions, and celebrations. A sealable wall ensures privacy, allowing your event to feel exclusive and uninterrupted. With a 55” Samsung TV for presentations or entertainment, this space is ideal for both corporate and social gatherings.
Main Dining Room
Looking for something more expansive? Our Main Dining Room offers a stylish, semi-private setting, separated by a stunning cowhide-upholstered banquette. While not fully enclosed, this space balances energy and intimacy, giving your guests a front-row seat to Lonesome Dove's lively atmosphere. For grander events, a full restaurant buyout is available, accommodating up to 150 seated guests or 200 for a standing reception.
Wine Room
For a truly unique experience, step into our temperature-controlled Wine Room, where cellar temperatures of 60°F to 62°F create the perfect ambiance for an exclusive gathering. To ensure your comfort, guests receive shawls and leather vests, blending Texas-style hospitality with a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Accommodating up to 16 seated guests, this one-of-a-kind space is perfect for wine lovers and those seeking a truly memorable dining experience.

Yes, we do! Please inquire further to set up a site visit with the venue's Sales and Event Manager.
Venue and spaces vary with venue rental fees and food and beverage minimums, and by date/day of the week. A Sales and Event Manager will be able to get you exact pricing for the space that best fit your needs.
All dates are first come, first serve, with initiation of a contract. If you are ready to move forward, please reach out to the Sales and Event Manager for a contract. We'll need an e-signature and a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Date: From Day of Signing to 14 Business Days Prior
Amount: 50% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
Cancellation Date: 14 Business Days from Event to 7 Days Prior
Amount: 75% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
Cancellation Date: 7 Business Days Prior to Day of Event
Amount: 100% of Estimated Food and Beverage Charges
